How much are movie tickets?
If you’re a member of Raiha CineGold Plex, movie ticket price for Red Lounge is Rs.600 for
one person, for Gold Lounge it is Rs. 1000 for one person and for Platinum Lounge it is Rs.
1200.
If you’re not a member, movie ticket price for Red Lounge is Rs.1000 for one person, for Gold
Lounge it is Rs.1400 for one person and for Platinum Lounge it is Rs. 1600.
In case, the movie is in 3D, you will be charged Rs.300 separately for 3D glasses.
How can I register for membership?
To register, please visit https://cinegoldplex.com/ Click on “Membership” select “Sign Up” button and follow the instructions. Registration is completely free of charge. Once you’ve registered yourself for membership, visit us at The Raiha CineGold Plex Cinema. You will be charged Rs.7500 for membership fee. On becoming a member of Raiha CineGold Plex, your ticket price will be Rs.600 for one person in Red Lounge, Rs. 1000 for one person in Gold Lounge and Rs. 1200 for one person in Platinum Lounge and you will be entitled to other perks and privileges as well.
Can I purchase tickets online?
If you’re a member of Raiha CineGold Plex, you can book your tickets online by following the link https://cinegoldplex.com/membership If you’re not a member of Raiha CineGold Plex, we would recommend that you sign up for membership by visiting https://cinegoldplex.com/ you can then reserve your seats by calling us at 051-570644244/1. Reservations not taken up 30 minutes ahead of the movie time will be automatically cancelled.
I am having trouble booking online. What can I do?
On the homepage, click on “Memberships” tab. Select your theatre first, log into your account using your Raiha CineGold Plex membership credentials and book your tickets. If the issue is still not resolved, call us at 051-570644244/1 with your details and we will try to resolve it for you.
I’ve forgotten my login and password details, what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password or member ID, share your contact number with us and our representative will get in touch with you.
When do you update your showtimes?
Our showtimes for new movies are updated every Thursday.
I booked tickets through third-party online applications and now I want to cancel as I won’t be able to show up. Can I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds on tickets purchased via third-party online applications. They can be contacted directly in case of a refund.
